Amethyst Chef has been working for the Green Tea House and other top ranked restaurant in Beijing before joining our team. He specializes in Chinese Contemporary and Fusion food, using very fresh and authentic ingredients, as well as cooking techniques from both eastern and western culinary traditions.
I would strongly recommend you to try the "Wasabi Prawns with fruit, and the fresh salads ("Lychees and mushrooms with cheese and black olives", "Mint leaves with Peach nuts and Italian Dried tomatoes", or the Duck rolls and vegetables" salad, with home made marinated duck)

Our restaurant uses only the BEST INGREDIENTS, and is MSG FREE.
The price range is pretty reasonable for the quality and culinary experience: the price range for salads goes from RMB 28 to RMB 56, Main courses range from RMB 28 to RMB 128 (for seafood dishes)
