Anyone can help with my reading comprehension?

My English speaking, listening, and writing skills seem much better than my reading comprehension skills, and I am facing an important test in Mid Feb.

I already read a lot everyday, and has improved much. The problem is I still have something in the articles that I am not very sure about, and I want to know better about the articles structures, author's intentions, etc.

I am Cantonese female of 30, working in a BJ company at the moment. I am very good in languages learning, and I speak standard Cantonese, Manderin(much better than many non-native beijingers), and English. I can either exchange my languages or even baby sit for your child. (as I love being with children).
